How do you know when prosecutor Suzanne Cohen is lying?

. . . when her lips are moving.
Yesterday lead prosecutor, Suzanne Cohen, even lies in her opening argument in a court of law.  In an effort to downplay the number of searches of our small (1,100 sf) home, Cohen lied saying the home had only been searched twice.  WHAT??   Mark’s attorney, Randy Craig, corrected that in his opening argument letting all know it was FOUR searches before the so-called WalMart ring was found.   Four times!  The first search was done while Mark was home.   (Cohen would like everyone to believe that Mark was smart enough to get rid of a gun – since there wasn’t one found in our home – but dumb enough to leave an engraved ring in an open area for anyone to see. )  There were four searches, not two.

Lying is ugly.  Just look at it.
